It was a lovely hostel with very helpful staff. The rooms were clean and tidy. They had towels and water bottles in the room which is so convenient. They also had a hair dryer and a full length mirror how cool is that. They had a common game and lounge area which served fruits, coffee and tea all day. Loved my stay here will definitely recommend people.

Can't recommend this hostel enough. We were cycling around the west coast and Snoozles was our first stop. It set the bar! We booked the double room as we're too old to share :-), the bed was really comfortable, the shower was great, the balcony was a treat, the room was airy, the bikes were safe, the staff were friendly, the location couldn't have been better and the homemade banana bread for breakkie was the icing on the cake. :-) Only thing I would change would be to add a coffee machine that you could pay for a proper coffee ☕️. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to all my pals.

Great location, just a few minutes away from everything. Quite comfortable, only issues really were there weren't enough bathrooms, and couldn't get another pillow. Could be improved by having motion sensitive blue lighting so that when late check-ins arrive, they don't have to turn on their phone lights to see what they're doing and wake everyone up. Went on the pub crawl that they offer for just €10 with 3 shots included and had a great night out. The host Ryan made sure we all had fun, and got back to our respective hostels safely. I met some lovely people during my stay, the kitchen staff and housekeeping staff were really friendly and standards were kept high in terms of room, kitchen and bathroom cleanliness I would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing experience, service was great and staff as well as guests were very friendly. It's very close to the coach and train station, a big recommendation from me to stay here!

We brought a group of 20 young people and 5 youth workers to stay at Snoozles. All of the staff (especially Ann through email) were incredibly helpful with all of our questions and requests. The rooms in the hostel were spotless and comfortable, and we couldn't be happier. They also have a vending machine and fresh fruit, teas & coffee available all day which was hugely helpful for hungry teens! Thanks so much to all the staff of Snoozles hostel. Definitely recommend!

We spent 2 nights here and were very positively surprised by the hostel. It was quite expensive, but there was also good service. The staff and the welcome at check in were very nice and helpful. The rooms and the common area were very clean and tidy. We had a room next to the street so it was a little loufer, but ok for 2 nights. The breakfast is above average for a hostel - there is even homemade fresh bread. For 10 EUR you can have your laundry washed, dried and folded. In addition, the hostel is very centrally located. We can definitely recommend it :-)

One of the best hostel I ever been in my trips. Rooms are wide and light up, well aired and the bathroom is clean. The facility is new and cleaned and ne morning breakfast is simple but with all you need. The staff is nice and helpful. Located close to the bus station and main square of Galway.
